We began our business with bright eyes and an ability to deliver impeccable customer service and professionalism because we truly believed that it was about more than just offering the finest merchandise (which we also do). However after years of being beat up by statistics (what are the chances that every single item in a shipment is damaged?) and sadistics (because yes, some of these people just aren't very nice) it is time for us to truly try to help someone. And that person is you, reader.
If you are reading this because you would like to learn about opening and running a store, we hope we can give you some practical expertise to help. And if you are reading this because you have ever shopped in a store and simply want to know what it is like on the other side, you are in luck. We will tell it like it is... brutally so, at times.
